On May 2nd, 2017 I will launch the first 8-week meditation and mindfulness course in Wells, Somerset.

You may have heard of the many benefits meditation has to our overall health and wellbeing.

When meditation is practiced consistently you will be able to enjoy the many wonderful benefits.

I have developed an 8-week, in-depth, step-by-step course that covers everything you will need to know to start, and successfully maintain, a personal meditation routine.

In addition, I want to give you an insight into the fascinating history behind this age-old practice as well as the scientific evidence to support the many benefits to our emotional and physical health.

This course is intended for anyone who is interested in meditation and mindfulness, but not sure where to start or which technique to use.

Each week I will begin with breathing exercises and meditation sessions as short as 2 minutes, and gradually work our way up to 15-20 minutes. Together we will explore the many different practices so that by the end of the course, you will be in a position to choose the technique that best suits you.
